Your child's data, in plain English
Pathway is a children's product, so privacy isn't an afterthought. This page explains exactly what we store, who can see it, how we use it, and how to have it deleted. No legal jargon.
What footage we store
When you upload a match, we keep the short clips that show your child's key moments, plus the performance data we extract from them. We delete the raw, full-length match footage within 48 hours of upload — we only keep the moments that matter for your child's development.
It's private to your family
Your child's footage and photos are stored privately. They are never public. Only you, the signed-in parent or guardian who owns the profile, can view them — access is granted through short-lived secure links generated only when you open a clip. We never sell data or share it without your explicit consent.
How it's used for analysis
We use automated analysis to find your child in the footage and measure development metrics (like passes, recoveries and 1v1s) against age-group context. A qualified coaching team reviews uncertain calls to keep the analysis accurate. We use this only to produce your child's reports — not to rate or rank children.
How to request deletion
You can ask us to delete your child's footage, clips and profile at any time. Email privacy@pathwayhq.com from your account email and we'll remove everything within 30 days. Deleting a child profile in your dashboard also removes its associated footage and clips.
